Family Travel Tracker is a subscription-based service designed to help families plan and coordinate travel and schedules.
Adult-Managed Accounts
Accounts must be created and managed by adults. Children do not create accounts directly.Shared Family Access

The service is billed monthly or annually based on usage.Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.Limited Liability

Group Ownership

- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
- Pricing is based on the number of children associated with the account.
- Payments are processed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time, with access continuing through the billing period.
- Taxes may apply.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marks Consulting Services, LLC from any claims or damages arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
This includes disputes between users, including members of the same family group.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the service.
Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.Venue
