End users cannot currently upload files to the platform. Only administrators may upload files for system, support, or operational purposes.

No User Photos Stored

Family Travel Tracker does not currently store user profile photos or image uploads as part of the normal service workflow.

Payment card information is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our own servers.

Family Travel Tracker is intended for private sharing only among the adult members of a family group who are authorized by that group’s billing or administrative account.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent / Guardian Managed

Child-related information is expected to be entered and maintained by a parent or guardian for travel and scheduling purposes.

🧒 Children Do Not Independently Open Accounts

The service is intended for adult-managed family planning. It is not designed for children to independently create accounts without adult involvement.

📧 Child Email Addresses

A child email address may be entered by the adult managing the account if needed for family travel and scheduling workflows.

🎯 Purpose of Child Data

The purpose of child-related information is to support trip planning, scheduling, and coordination — not to create a child-focused marketing profile.

🚫 No Public Exposure

Family information is not intended to be publicly shared through the platform.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep account and service data for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain active accounts.

If you request deletion, we will remove data from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal, billing, backup, and operational requirements.

Backups are generally retained for two weeks, with one rolling monthly backup that may contain historical data for a longer period.

Your Choices and Rights

Who can edit family information?

Family Travel Tracker is designed for collaborative family planning. Adult members invited to a family group may view and edit travel and scheduling information within that group. Access to the group is controlled by the billing or administrative account that created the family workspace.

Who controls the family group?

The billing or administrative account that creates a family group controls who can be invited to that group. The group owner may invite or remove adult members who can access the family calendar and travel information.

Is my family information public?

No. Information entered into Family Travel Tracker is intended to be shared only with the adult members of the family group who have been invited by the group administrator.

Can I update my data?

Yes. Users can update their own account information. Adult members of a family group may also update shared family travel and scheduling information within that group.

Can I request my data?

Yes. We can export and provide account data using available WordPress backend tools and administrative processes.

Can I request deletion?

Yes. Data deletion requests can be made by emailing privacy@familytraveltracker.app.

Can I opt out of marketing emails?

If and when we begin sending marketing emails, we will provide a way to opt out of those communications.

Do users in California, the EU, or the UK have special rights?

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. You may contact us at privacy@familytraveltracker.app and we will review your request.

Do you sell my information?

No. We do not sell, rent, or resell personal information.
